How to put signature in thunderbird mail

To add a signature in Thunderbird, follow these steps:

  1. Open Thunderbird and go to the "Composition" menu.
  2. Select "Edit" > "Editor" > "Preferences" (or press Ctrl + Shift + P).
  3. In the "Preferences" window, click on the "Composition" tab.
  4. Scroll down to the "Signatures" section.
  5. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Signatures".
  6. In the "Signature Editor" window, you can type or paste your signature text.
  7. You can also format your signature using the available formatting options, such as font, size, and color.
  8. Click "OK" to save your signature.
  9. To add your signature to your emails, go to the "Composition" menu and select "Edit" > "Editor" > "Insert signature" (or press Ctrl + Shift + S).

Alternatively, you can also add a signature by using the "Insert signature" button in the compose window. To do this:

  1. Open a new compose window by clicking on the "Write" button.
  2. In the compose window, click on the "Insert signature" button (it looks like a small letter "S" with a pen icon).
  3. Select the signature you created from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click "OK" to insert the signature into your email.
