How to put signature in thunderbird mail
To add a signature in Thunderbird, follow these steps:
- Open Thunderbird and go to the "Composition" menu.
- Select "Edit" > "Editor" > "Preferences" (or press Ctrl + Shift + P).
- In the "Preferences" window, click on the "Composition" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Signatures" section.
- Click on the "Edit" button next to "Signatures".
- In the "Signature Editor" window, you can type or paste your signature text.
- You can also format your signature using the available formatting options, such as font, size, and color.
- Click "OK" to save your signature.
- To add your signature to your emails, go to the "Composition" menu and select "Edit" > "Editor" > "Insert signature" (or press Ctrl + Shift + S).
Alternatively, you can also add a signature by using the "Insert signature" button in the compose window. To do this:
- Open a new compose window by clicking on the "Write" button.
- In the compose window, click on the "Insert signature" button (it looks like a small letter "S" with a pen icon).
- Select the signature you created from the dropdown menu.
- Click "OK" to insert the signature into your email.
Note: You can also add multiple signatures and switch between them by using the "Signature" dropdown menu in the compose window.
