How to put signature on apple mail
To add a signature to Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:
On a Mac:
- Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
- Click on the General tab.
- Scroll down to the Signature section.
- Click on the Signature dropdown menu and select Edit Signature.
- Type your signature in the text field.
- You can format your signature using the tools available in the toolbar, such as bold, italic, and font size.
- Click OK to save your changes.
On an iOS device:
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap on Mail.
- Tap on Signature.
- Type your signature in the text field.
- You can format your signature using the tools available in the toolbar, such as bold, italic, and font size.
- Tap Done to save your changes.
To add a signature to a specific email account:
- Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences (on a Mac) or Settings > Mail (on an iOS device).
- Select the email account for which you want to add a signature.
- Follow the same steps as above to add a signature.
Tips:
- You can add multiple signatures by clicking the + button next to the Signature dropdown menu (on a Mac) or by tapping the + button next to the Signature field (on an iOS device).
- You can also add a default signature that will be used for all new emails.
- If you want to add a signature to a specific email, you can do so by going to Edit > Signature (on a Mac) or by tapping the ... button next to the Send button (on an iOS device).
