How to re send an e mail on queued

The joys of email queues!

Resending an email that's already in a queue can be a bit tricky, but I'll guide you through the process. The steps may vary depending on your email client or service provider, so please bear with me.

Method 1: Resend from the email client

  1. Check your email client's settings or interface to see if there's an option to "Resend" or "Retry" the email. This might be available in the email's context menu or in the "Send" or "Actions" menu.
  2. If you find the option, select it, and the email client will attempt to resend the email.

Method 2: Use the email client's "Queue" or "Outbox"

  1. Check your email client's "Queue" or "Outbox" folder to see if the email is still present.
  2. If it is, you can try to resend the email by right-clicking on the email and selecting "Resend" or "Retry" (or similar options).
  3. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the email from the "Queue" or "Outbox" folder to the "Sent" folder to mark it as sent.

Method 3: Use the email service provider's web interface

  1. Log in to your email service provider's web interface (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).
  2. Go to the "Sent" or "Outbox" folder and find the email you want to resend.
  3. Click on the email to open it, then click on the "Resend" or "Retry" button (if available).
  4. If you don't see a "Resend" button, you can try clicking on the "More" or "Actions" menu and look for a "Resend" option.

Method 4: Use a third-party email client or plugin

  1. If you're using a third-party email client or plugin (e.g., Boomerang, Sanebox), you might have additional options to resend emails.
  2. Check the client or plugin's settings or interface to see if there's an option to resend the email.

Remember to check the email's status and any error messages before resending. If the email was sent successfully, you might not be able to resend it.
