How to recall mail in em client

In eM Client, you can recall a sent email by using the "Recall" feature. Here's how:

Method 1: Recall a sent email from the Sent folder

  1. Open eM Client and go to the Sent folder.
  2. Find the email you want to recall and select it.
  3. Right-click on the selected email and choose "Recall" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Recall" dialog box, select the reason for recalling the email (e.g., "I sent it to the wrong person" or "I made a mistake in the content").
  5. Click "Recall" to send a recall request to the recipient.

Method 2: Recall a sent email from the email composition window

  1. Open eM Client and compose a new email.
  2. In the "To" field, enter the email address of the recipient you want to recall.
  3. In the "Subject" field, enter the subject of the original email.
  4. In the "Body" field, enter a brief message explaining why you're recalling the email.
  5. Click the "Recall" button in the toolbar or press Ctrl+Shift+R.
  6. In the "Recall" dialog box, select the reason for recalling the email and click "Recall" to send a recall request to the recipient.

Note: The recipient's email client must support recall for the recall to be successful. Additionally, the recipient may not receive the recall request if they have already read or deleted the original email.
