How to recall mail in outlook for android app
To recall a sent email in Outlook for Android, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Recall This Message" feature
- Open the Outlook app on your Android device.
- Go to the "Sent Items" folder and find the email you want to recall.
- Tap on the email to open it.
- Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) on the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap "Recall This Message".
- Select the reason for recalling the message (e.g., "The message was sent in error").
- Choose whether you want to replace the original message with a new one or delete it.
