How to recall outsider mail from zoho mail

To recall an email from Zoho Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Recall" feature

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account and go to the "Sent" folder.
  2. Find the email you want to recall and click on it to open it.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email and select "Recall" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Recall" window, select the reason for recalling the email and click "Recall" to send a recall request to the recipient.

Method 2: Using the "Undo Send" feature

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account and go to the "Sent" folder.
