How to recover past 3 months mails from gmail

Unfortunately, Gmail does not have a built-in feature to recover past emails that have been deleted or purged from the Trash folder. However, there are a few methods you can try to recover your past 3 months' worth of emails:

Method 1: Use Gmail's "All Mail" label

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "More" menu and select "All Mail".
  3. This will show you all the emails in your account, including those that have been deleted or moved to the Trash folder.
  4. Use the search bar to filter the emails by date. You can use the following search operators:
    • before:3m to show emails from the last 3 months.
    • after:3m to show emails from the last 3 months, but only if they were sent or received after the specified date.
  5. You can also use the "Has:attachment" operator to search for emails with attachments.

Method 2: Use Gmail's "Undo Send" feature

  1. If you have enabled the "Undo Send" feature in your Gmail settings, you may be able to recover deleted emails.
  2. Go to your Gmail settings by clicking on the gear icon and selecting "See all settings".
  3. Scroll down to the "General" tab and look for the "Undo Send" setting.
  4. If you have enabled "Undo Send", you should see a "Undo" button next to each email in your Trash folder.
  5. Click on the "Undo" button to recover the email.

Method 3: Use a third-party email recovery tool

  1. There are several third-party email recovery tools available that claim to be able to recover deleted emails from Gmail.
  2. Some popular options include:
    • Gmail Recovery Tool
    • Email Recovery Tool
    • Recover My Emails
  3. These tools may be able to recover deleted emails from your Gmail account, but be cautious when using them as they may not always work and may also pose a risk to your account security.

Method 4: Contact Gmail support

  1. If you're unable to recover your emails using the above methods, you can contact Gmail support to see if they can help you recover your deleted emails.
  2. Gmail support may be able to recover your emails if they are still available in their backup systems.
  3. To contact Gmail support, go to the Gmail Help Center and click on "Contact us" at the top of the page.

Remember that Gmail's email recovery process is not always successful, and there are no guarantees that you will be able to recover your deleted emails.
