- Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "General" tab.

- If you enabled "Undo Send" recently, you should see a "Undo" button next to the "Sent" button in your inbox.
- Click on the "Undo" button to retract the email and recover it.
Method 3: Use Gmail's "Restore" feature
If you've deleted an email and it's no longer in the "Trash" folder, you can try using Gmail's "Restore" feature to recover it.
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the page.
- Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

- Select the date range for which you want to restore deleted emails.
- Click on the "Restore" button to recover the deleted emails.
Important notes:
- Gmail's "Trash" folder only keeps deleted emails for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- The "Undo Send" feature only works for a short period of time after sending an email (usually 5-30 seconds).
- The "Restore" feature only works for deleted emails that are still in the Gmail database.
