[email protected]
). - Click on "Create filter".
- In the "Filter actions" section, select "Reject" as the action.
- Click "Save changes".
Method 2: Using Email filters
- Log in to your G Suite account and go to the Google Admin console.
- Click on "Users" and then "Email filters".
- Click on "Create a new filter".
- In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to reject (e.g.,
[email protected]
). - Click on "Create filter".
- In the "Filter actions" section, select "Reject" as the action.
- Click "Save changes".
Note: When you reject an email address using either method, the email will be automatically deleted from the recipient's inbox without being delivered.
Additional tips:
- You can also use wildcards in the "From" field to reject multiple email addresses at once. For example,
*@example.com
would reject all emails fromexample.com
. - If you want to reject emails from a specific domain but allow emails from subdomains, you can use the
@
symbol followed by the domain name. For example,@example.com
would reject all emails fromexample.com
but allow emails fromsubdomain.example.com
. - You can also use other filter criteria, such as subject, body, or sender's IP address, to create more complex filters.
