How to remove accounts from g mail app
To remove an account from the Gmail app on your Android device or iOS device, follow these steps:
Android Device:
- Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
- Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) on the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap "Settings" from the menu.
- Scroll down and tap "Accounts".
- Find the account you want to remove and tap the three vertical dots next to it.
- Tap "Remove account" or "Remove from account list".
- Confirm that you want to remove the account by tapping "OK" or "Remove".
iOS Device:
- Open the Gmail app on your iOS device.
- Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) on the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap "Settings" from the menu.
- Scroll down and tap "Accounts".
- Find the account you want to remove and swipe left on it.
- Tap "Delete" to remove the account.
- Confirm that you want to remove the account by tapping "Delete" again.
Note: If you're using a Google account to sync your device, removing the account from the Gmail app will also remove the account from your device. If you want to keep the account synced with your device, you can remove the account from the Gmail app but not from the device's settings.

- If you're using multiple accounts in the Gmail app, you can switch between them by tapping the account icon on the top right corner of the screen.
