How to remove signature in zoho e mail
To remove a signature in Zoho Mail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Remove Signature from Individual Email
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Open the email that has the signature you want to remove.
- Click on the three dots (⋯) at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Click on the "Remove" button next to the signature.
