How to reopen mail on outlook

To reopen a previously closed email in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Recover Deleted Items" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Deleted Items" folder.
  2. Look for the email you want to reopen and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Recover Deleted Items" from the context menu.
  4. If the email is still in the "Deleted Items" folder, it will be moved back to its original folder (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent Items", etc.).

Method 2: Using the "Undo" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the email you want to reopen.
  2. If you closed the email recently, you can try using the "Undo" feature to reopen it.
