How to retrieve deleted mails from rediffmail

The frustration of accidentally deleting an important email!

Unfortunately, Rediffmail, like most email providers, does not have a built-in feature to retrieve deleted emails. However, there are a few methods you can try to recover your deleted emails:

Method 1: Check the Trash folder

  1. Log in to your Rediffmail account.
  2. Click on the "Trash" folder (usually located in the left-hand menu).
  3. Check if your deleted email is still present in the Trash folder. If it is, you can restore it by clicking on the "Restore" button.

Method 2: Use the "Undelete" feature (if available)

  1. Log in to your Rediffmail account.
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon (usually represented by a gear or cog icon) and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Account" section and look for the "Undelete" option.
  4. If the "Undelete" option is available, click on it and select the deleted email you want to recover.

Method 3: Use a third-party email recovery tool

There are several third-party email recovery tools available that claim to recover deleted emails from Rediffmail. Some popular options include:

  1. Email Recovery Tool (ERT) by Rediffmail: This is a free tool provided by Rediffmail itself. You can download it from the Rediffmail website.
  2. Mail Recovery Tool by SysInfo: This is a paid tool that claims to recover deleted emails from various email providers, including Rediffmail.
  3. Email Recovery Software by EaseUS: This is another paid tool that claims to recover deleted emails from various email providers, including Rediffmail.

Please note that these third-party tools may not always work, and there are no guarantees of success. Additionally, some of these tools may require you to provide your Rediffmail login credentials, so be cautious when using them.

Method 4: Contact Rediffmail support

If none of the above methods work, you can try contacting Rediffmail's customer support team and explain your situation. They may be able to help you recover your deleted email or provide additional guidance.

Remember to always be cautious when deleting emails, and consider using the "Move to Trash" feature instead of "Delete" to avoid accidental deletion.
