How to retrieve the sent mail in outlook
To retrieve sent mail in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Sent Items" folder
- Open Outlook and navigate to the "Inbox" folder.
- Click on the "Sent Items" folder located in the navigation pane (left side of the screen).
- All the emails you have sent will be displayed in this folder.
Method 2: Using the "Search" function
- Open Outlook and click on the "Search" button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Type "sent" in the search box and press Enter.
- Outlook will display all the emails you have sent.
Method 3: Using the "View" menu
- Open Outlook and click on the "View" menu in the top menu bar.
- Select "Current View" and then "Customize Current View".
- In the "Customize View" dialog box, click on the "Filter" button.
- In the "Filter" dialog box, select "Sent Items" from the "Field" dropdown menu.
- Click "OK" to apply the filter.

Tips:
- You can also use the "Sent Items" folder to retrieve sent emails from a specific date range. To do this, click on the "Sent Items" folder and then click on the "Date" dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Select the date range you're interested in.
- If you're using Outlook Web App (OWA), you can retrieve sent emails by clicking on the "Sent" folder in the navigation pane.
