How to return back mail in gmail
To return an email in Gmail, you can use the "Reply" or "Reply all" feature. Here's how:
Method 1: Reply
- Open the email you want to return.
- Click on the "Reply" button at the top of the email.
- Type your response in the compose window.
- Click the "Send" button to send your response back to the sender.
Method 2: Reply all
- Open the email you want to return.
- Click on the "Reply all" button at the top of the email.
- Type your response in the compose window.
- Click the "Send" button to send your response back to the sender and all other recipients who were CC'd or BCC'd.
Method 3: Use the "Return to sender" feature
- Open the email you want to return.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Return to sender" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to return the email by clicking "Return" in the pop-up window.
Note: The "Return to sender" feature is only available for emails that were sent to you and not for emails that you sent to others.
Tips:
