How to reverse mail in outlook

Reversing mail in Outlook refers to the process of moving emails from the "Sent Items" folder back to the "Inbox" or another folder. Here are the steps to reverse mail in Outlook:

Method 1: Using the "Move" feature

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the "Sent Items" folder.
  2. Select the email(s) you want to reverse by checking the box next to each email.
  3. Right-click on the selected email(s) and choose "Move" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Move Items" dialog box, select the folder where you want to move the email(s) (e.g., "Inbox", "Drafts", etc.).

Method 2: Using the "Undo Send" feature (Outlook 2013 and later)
