How to save mail app to icloud

To save your Mail app data to iCloud, follow these steps:

For iOS devices (iPhone, iPad):

  1. Go to Settings on your device.
  2. Tap on [your name] > iCloud.
  3. Scroll down and toggle on Mail.
  4. Make sure Mail is set to On.
  5. Go back to the Settings app and tap on Mail.
  6. Tap on Accounts.
  7. Select the email account you want to save to iCloud.
  8. Tap on iCloud.
  9. Toggle on iCloud to enable iCloud syncing for your email account.

For macOS (MacBook, iMac):

  1. Go to System Preferences on your Mac.
  2. Click on iCloud.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  4. Click on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  5. Select the email account you want to save to iCloud.
  6. Click on Sync to enable iCloud syncing for your email account.

For iCloud.com:

  1. Go to iCloud.com on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Click on Mail.
  4. Select the email account you want to save to iCloud.
  5. Click on Sync to enable iCloud syncing for your email account.

Once you've enabled iCloud syncing for your email account, your Mail app data will be saved to iCloud and synced across all your devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID.

Note: Make sure you have enough storage space available on your iCloud account to store your email data. You can check your iCloud storage usage by going to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Storage & Backup on your iOS device or System Preferences > iCloud > Storage on your Mac.
