How to save mails in outlook 365

There are several ways to save emails in Outlook 365:

  1. Drag and Drop: You can drag an email from your inbox to a folder in your Outlook 365 account. This will move the email to the new folder.
  2. Right-Click and Save: Right-click on an email in your inbox, select "Save As" and choose a location to save the email.
  3. Use the "Save As" Button: Click on the "Save As" button in the top right corner of the Outlook 365 window. This will open a dialog box where you can choose a location to save the email.
  4. Use the "Move" Button: Click on the "Move" button in the top right corner of the Outlook 365 window. This will open a dialog box where you can choose a folder to move the email to.
  5. Use the "Archive" Button: If you have an Archive folder set up in your Outlook 365 account, you can click on the "Archive" button in the top right corner of the Outlook 365 window to move the email to the Archive folder.
  6. Use the "Categories" Feature: You can use the "Categories" feature in Outlook 365 to categorize emails and save them to a specific folder. To do this, right-click on an email, select "Categorize", and choose a category. You can then use the "View" tab in the ribbon to filter emails by category and save them to a specific folder.
  7. Use the "Rules" Feature: You can use the "Rules" feature in Outlook 365 to automatically save emails to a specific folder based on certain criteria. To do this, go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon, click on the "Rules" button, and follow the prompts to create a new rule.

To save an email as a PDF:

  1. Open the email you want to save as a PDF.
  2. Click on the "File" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Save As" and select "PDF" as the file type.
  4. Choose a location to save the PDF file and enter a file name.
  5. Click "Save" to save the email as a PDF.

To save an email as an HTML file:

  1. Open the email you want to save as an HTML file.
  2. Click on the "File" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Save As" and select "HTML" as the file type.
  4. Choose a location to save the HTML file and enter a file name.
  5. Click "Save" to save the email as an HTML file.

Note: The steps above are for Outlook 365 on a desktop or laptop. If you are using Outlook 365 on a mobile device, the steps may be slightly different.
