How to save outlook mail in to desktop
There are a few ways to save Outlook emails to your desktop:
Method 1: Using the "Save As" option
- Open the email you want to save in Outlook.
- Click on the "File" menu and select "Save As" (or press Ctrl+S).
- In the "Save As" dialog box, select "Desktop" as the location.
- Choose a file name and select a file type (e.g., ".eml" or ".msg").
