Additional Tips
- Make sure your Windows 10 device is connected to the internet and has the latest updates installed.
- Windows Defender ATP will scan your email attachments and bodies in real-time, but it may not detect all types of malware or threats.
- If you're using a third-party email client, such as Microsoft Outlook, you may need to configure the email client to use Windows Defender ATP for scanning.
- Windows Defender ATP also provides additional features, such as cloud-based protection and threat intelligence, to help protect your device from malware and other threats.
By enabling and configuring email scanning with Windows 10 security, you can help protect your device and data from malware and other threats that may be hidden in email attachments and bodies.
