How to scedule a mail in gmail

Method 1: Using the "Schedule Send" feature
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the compose window.
- Select "Schedule send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Click "Schedule" to confirm.
Method 2: Using the "Boomerang" add-on
- Install the Boomerang add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace (formerly G Suite).
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Click on the Boomerang icon in the compose window (it looks like a small arrow).
- Select "Schedule Send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Click "Schedule" to confirm.
Method 3: Using the "Delay Send" feature
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Click on the "Send" button, but don't click "Send" yet.
- Click on the "Delay Send" button that appears below the "Send" button.
- Choose the delay time (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.).
- Click "Send" to send the email at the delayed time.
Note: The "Delay Send" feature is only available for emails sent from the Gmail web interface, not from the Gmail mobile app.
