  1. Compose a new email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send" immediately, click on the dropdown menu next to the "Send" button.
  4. Select "Send Later" from the menu.
  5. Choose a date and time from the calendar that appears.
  6. Click "Schedule" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

Method 2: Using the "Delay Sending" feature

  1. Compose a new email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "File" menu in the top left corner of the window.
  3. Select "Delay Sending" from the menu.
  4. Choose a date and time from the calendar that appears.
  5. Click "OK" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

Method 3: Using the "Smart Folders" feature

  1. Create a new Smart Folder by going to "Mail" > "Preferences" > "Smart Folders".
  2. Click on the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window.
  3. Name the folder (e.g. "Scheduled Emails").
  4. In the "Rule" section, select "Delay Sending" as the condition.
  5. Choose a date and time from the calendar that appears.
  6. Click "OK" to create the Smart Folder.
  7. Move the email you want to schedule to the new Smart Folder.

Note: The "Send Later" feature is only available in Apple Mail on macOS High Sierra (10.13) or later. If you're using an earlier version of macOS, you can use the "Delay Sending" feature instead.
