How to schedule send apple mail

Scheduling emails to send at a later time is a convenient feature in Apple Mail. Here's how to do it:

Method 1: Using the "Send Later" feature

  1. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on "Send Later" from the menu.
  4. Choose a time and date from the calendar that appears.
  5. Click "Schedule" to schedule the email to send at the chosen time.

Method 2: Using the "Delay Send" feature

  1. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Hold down the "Option" (⌥) key while clicking on the "Send" button.
  4. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on "Delay Send" from the menu.
  5. Choose a time and date from the calendar that appears.
  6. Click "Schedule" to schedule the email to send at the chosen time.

Method 3: Using the "Rules" feature

  1. Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules.
  2. Click on the "+" button at the bottom of the window to create a new rule.
