How to search for mails without subjects in outlook

In Outlook, you can search for emails without subjects by using the "Subject" field in the Advanced Find dialog box and selecting "Is empty" or "Does not contain" as the condition. Here's how:

  1. Open Outlook and click on the "Search" button in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. In the Search pane, click on the "Advanced Find" button.
  3. In the Advanced Find dialog box, click on the "More" button next to the "Subject" field.
  4. In the "Field" dropdown menu, select "Subject".
  5. In the "Condition" dropdown menu, select "Is empty" or "Does not contain".
  6. Click "OK" to apply the search criteria.

Alternatively, you can use the "Search" button in the ribbon and type the following search query:

subject:""

This will search for emails without subjects.

You can also use the "Search" button in the ribbon and type the following search query:

subject:*

This will search for emails with any subject, including those without subjects.

Note: The * wildcard character is used to match any characters, including none, so subject:* will match emails with any subject, including those without subjects.
