How to see junk mail in outlook app

The joys of junk mail!

In the Outlook app, you can view junk mail in the "Junk Email" folder. Here's how:

For Outlook 2016 and later:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your device.
  2. Click on the "Folders" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and click on "Junk Email" (it might be labeled as "Junk Email" or "Spam").
  4. This folder will contain all the emails that have been marked as junk or spam by Outlook's filters.

For Outlook 2013 and earlier:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your device.
  2. Click on the "Home" tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Junk Email" button in the "Move" group.
  4. Click on "Junk Email" from the dropdown menu.
  5. This will open the "Junk Email" folder, where you can view all the emails that have been marked as junk or spam.

Note: You can also use the "Junk Email" button in the "Home" tab to quickly move an email to the "Junk Email" folder. Just select the email, click on the "Junk Email" button, and then click on "Junk Email" from the dropdown menu.

Additionally, you can also use the "Filters and Blocked Senders" feature in Outlook to block specific senders or domains from sending you junk mail. To do this:

  1. Go to the "File" tab in Outlook.
  2. Click on "Options" and then click on "Mail".
  3. Click on the "Junk Email" tab.
  4. Click on "Add" next to "Blocked Senders" or "Blocked Domains".
  5. Enter the sender's email address or domain you want to block, and then click "OK".

By following these steps, you should be able to view and manage your junk mail in the Outlook app!
