How to see muted mails

The frustration of missing important emails because they were muted!

To see muted emails, you'll need to follow these steps:

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  6. In the "From" field, enter the email address of the sender who sent the muted emails.
  7. Click on the "Create" button.
  8. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Unmute" or "Mark as important".
  9. Click on the "Create" button again.

Now, you should be able to see the muted emails in your inbox.

Outlook

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Go to the "Mail" tab.
  5. Scroll down to the "Filters and rules" section.
  6. Click on the "New rule" button.
  7. In the "Apply rule on messages" section, select "From people or public group" and enter the email address of the sender who sent the muted emails.
  8. Click on the "Next" button.
  9. In the "Step 2: Choose actions" section, select "Move to" and choose a folder where you want to move the muted emails.
  10. Click on the "Finish" button.

Now, you should be able to see the muted emails in the folder you specified.

Other email providers

If you're using a different email provider, such as Yahoo Mail or AOL Mail, the steps may vary. You can try searching for "unmute emails" or "show muted emails" in your email provider's help section to find the specific instructions.

Remember to always be cautious when unmuting emails, as it may lead to a flood of unwanted messages in your inbox.
