How to see unread mails in outlook on mac

To see unread emails in Outlook on a Mac, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook on your Mac.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" folder in the left-hand sidebar to view your unread emails.
  3. Look for the "Unread" label next to each email in the list. Unread emails will have a blue dot next to them.
  4. You can also use the "Unread" filter to quickly view only your unread emails. To do this:
    • Click on the "View" menu at the top of the screen.
    • Select "Show Unread" from the dropdown menu.
    • Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut "Cmd + Shift + U" to toggle the "Unread" filter on and off.
  5. If you want to see only the unread emails in a specific folder, such as your inbox or a specific label, you can use the "Unread" filter in combination with the "Folder" filter. For example:
    • Click on the "Inbox" folder in the left-hand sidebar.
    • Click on the "View" menu at the top of the screen.
    • Select "Show Unread" from the dropdown menu.
    • You will now only see the unread emails in your inbox.

Note: If you have multiple accounts set up in Outlook, you can use the "Account" dropdown menu at the top of the screen to switch between accounts and view the unread emails for each account separately.
