How to see your sent mail in outlook

To view your sent mail in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Sent Items Folder

  1. Open Outlook and click on the "Folder" tab in the navigation pane.
  2. Click on the "Sent Items" folder. This folder is usually located under the "On My Computer" or "Local Folders" section.
  3. All your sent emails will be displayed in this folder.

Method 2: Using the Search Function

  1. Open Outlook and click on the "Search" button in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Type "sent" in the search box and press Enter.
  3. Outlook will display a list of all your sent emails.

Method 3: Using the "View" Tab

  1. Open Outlook and click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "View Settings" button in the "Current View" group.
  3. In the "View Settings" window, click on the "Fields" tab.
  4. Scroll down and check the box next to "Sent" under the "Columns" section.
  5. Click "OK" to apply the changes.
  6. Now, when you view your email list, you should see a "Sent" column that allows you to filter your emails by sent status.

Method 4: Using the "Sent Items" Button

  3. This will take you directly to your Sent Items folder.
