How to see your sent mail in outlook
To view your sent mail in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Sent Items Folder
- Open Outlook and click on the "Folder" tab in the navigation pane.
- Click on the "Sent Items" folder. This folder is usually located under the "On My Computer" or "Local Folders" section.
- All your sent emails will be displayed in this folder.
Method 2: Using the Search Function
- Open Outlook and click on the "Search" button in the top right corner of the window.
- Type "sent" in the search box and press Enter.
- Outlook will display a list of all your sent emails.
Method 3: Using the "View" Tab
- Open Outlook and click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "View Settings" button in the "Current View" group.
- In the "View Settings" window, click on the "Fields" tab.
- Scroll down and check the box next to "Sent" under the "Columns" section.
- Click "OK" to apply the changes.
- Now, when you view your email list, you should see a "Sent" column that allows you to filter your emails by sent status.
Method 4: Using the "Sent Items" Button
- Open Outlook and click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "Sent Items" button in the "Move" group.
- This will take you directly to your Sent Items folder.
Note: If you're using Outlook Web App (OWA), you can access your sent mail by clicking on the "Sent" tab in the navigation pane.
