How to select default mail system in outlook 2003
In Outlook 2003, you can select the default mail system by following these steps:
- Open Outlook 2003 and go to the "Tools" menu.
- Click on "Options" to open the "Options" dialog box.
- In the "Options" dialog box, click on the "Mail Format" tab.
- In the "Mail Format" tab, click on the "Internet E-mail Settings" button.
- In the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialog box, select the mail system you want to use as the default from the "Account" dropdown menu.
- Click "OK" to close the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialog box.
- Click "OK" again to close the "Options" dialog box.
Alternatively, you can also select the default mail system by following these steps:
- Open Outlook 2003 and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Account Settings" to open the "Account Settings" dialog box.
- In the "Account Settings" dialog box, select the mail account you want to use as the default from the list of accounts.
- Click "Set as Default" to set the selected account as the default mail system.
- Click "OK" to close the "Account Settings" dialog box.
Note: If you have multiple mail accounts set up in Outlook 2003, you can also select the default mail system by right-clicking on the account you want to use as the default and selecting "Set as Default" from the context menu.
