How to select default mail system in outlook 2003

In Outlook 2003, you can select the default mail system by following these steps:

  1. Open Outlook 2003 and go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" to open the "Options" dialog box.
  3. In the "Options" dialog box, click on the "Mail Format" tab.
  4. In the "Mail Format" tab, click on the "Internet E-mail Settings" button.
  5. In the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialog box, select the mail system you want to use as the default from the "Account" dropdown menu.
  6. Click "OK" to close the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialog box.
  7. Click "OK" again to close the "Options" dialog box.

Alternatively, you can also select the default mail system by following these steps:

  1. Open Outlook 2003 and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Account Settings" to open the "Account Settings" dialog box.
  3. In the "Account Settings" dialog box, select the mail account you want to use as the default from the list of accounts.
  4. Click "Set as Default" to set the selected account as the default mail system.
  5. Click "OK" to close the "Account Settings" dialog box.

Note: If you have multiple mail accounts set up in Outlook 2003, you can also select the default mail system by right-clicking on the account you want to use as the default and selecting "Set as Default" from the context menu.
