How to select multiple mails for purge in outlook 2010
To select multiple emails for purging in Outlook 2010, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Checkboxes
- Open your Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to purge.
- Select the first email you want to purge by checking the box next to it.
- Hold down the Ctrl key and select additional emails by checking the boxes next to them.
- Alternatively, you can select multiple consecutive emails by holding down the Shift key and selecting the first and last emails in the range.
- Once you have selected all the emails you want to purge, right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Delete" or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Method 2: Using the "Select All" Option
- Open your Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to purge.
- Press Ctrl+A to select all emails in the folder.
- Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Delete" or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
