How to select multiple mails for purge in outlook 2010

To select multiple emails for purging in Outlook 2010, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Checkboxes

  1. Open your Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to purge.
  2. Select the first email you want to purge by checking the box next to it.
  3. Hold down the Ctrl key and select additional emails by checking the boxes next to them.
  4. Alternatively, you can select multiple consecutive emails by holding down the Shift key and selecting the first and last emails in the range.
  5. Once you have selected all the emails you want to purge, right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Delete" or press the Delete key on your keyboard.

Method 2: Using the "Select All" Option

  1. Open your Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to purge.
  2. Press Ctrl+A to select all emails in the folder.
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Delete" or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
