How to select non important mails in gmail
There are several ways to select non-important emails in Gmail:
Method 1: Using the "Priority Inbox" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Inbox" tab.
- Under "Priority Inbox," select "Priority Inbox" from the dropdown menu.
- Gmail will automatically categorize your emails into three sections: "Important," "Unread," and "Everything else."
- You can then select the "Everything else" section to view non-important emails.
Method 2: Using the "Labels" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the label icon (looks like a tag) in the upper right corner of the inbox.
- Click on "New label" and enter a name for the label (e.g., "Non-important").
- Click on the checkbox next to the label to select all emails that don't have this label.
- You can then use the label to filter out non-important emails in the future.
