How to send a blind copy email in outlook 2003

A blast from the past! In Outlook 2003, you can send a blind carbon copy (BCC) email by following these steps:

  1. Compose a new email message by clicking on the "New Email" button in the Outlook toolbar.
  2. In the "To" field, enter the email address of the recipient you want to send the email to.
  3. In the "CC" field, enter the email address of the recipient you want to send a carbon copy to. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by semicolons (;).
  4. To send a blind carbon copy, click on the "Options" button in the "Tools" menu.
  5. In the "Options" dialog box, click on the "Mail Format" tab.
  6. Under "Blind Carbon Copy", select the "Use BCC" checkbox.
  7. Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send a blind carbon copy to, separated by semicolons (;).
  8. Click "OK" to close the "Options" dialog box.
  9. Click "Send" to send the email.

Note: When you send a blind carbon copy, the email addresses of the recipients will not be visible to each other. This is useful when you want to send an email to multiple people without revealing their email addresses to each other.

Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+B" to send a blind carbon copy.
