How to send a scheduled mail in gmail

Gmail doesn't have a built-in feature to send scheduled emails. However, there are a few workarounds to achieve this:

Method 1: Using Gmail's "Schedule Send" Chrome Extension

  1. Install the "Schedule Send" Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Log in to your Gmail account and compose a new email.
  3. Click the "Schedule Send" button in the toolbar.
  4. Set the desired send time and date.
  5. Click "Schedule" to send the email at the scheduled time.

Method 2: Using Gmail's "Delayed Send" Feature

  1. Log in to your Gmail account and compose a new email.
  2. Click the "More" menu and select "Delayed Send".
  3. Set the desired send time and date.
  4. Click "Schedule" to send the email at the scheduled time.

Note: The "Delayed Send" feature is only available for emails sent from the Gmail web interface, not from the Gmail mobile app.

Method 3: Using a Third-Party Email Client or Plugin

  1. Install a third-party email client or plugin that supports scheduled sending, such as:
    • Boomerang for Gmail (Chrome extension)
    • Sanebox (Chrome extension)
    • SaneBlackHole (Chrome extension)
    • Send Later (Gmail plugin)
  2. Configure the client or plugin according to their instructions.
  3. Compose a new email and use the client or plugin to schedule the send time.

Method 4: Using a Script or Automation Tool

  1. Use a scripting language like Python or JavaScript to automate the process.
  2. Create a script that composes an email, sets the send time, and sends the email using Gmail's API.
  3. Schedule the script to run at the desired time using a scheduler like Cron or Task Scheduler.

Keep in mind that these methods may have limitations, such as not being compatible with all email clients or having limitations on the number of scheduled emails.
