How to send a statement of tally erp from mail

In Tally ERP, you can send a statement (such as an invoice, credit note, or debit note) via email using the following steps:

Method 1: Using the "Send Statement" option

  1. Go to the "Ledger" or "Voucher" screen, depending on the type of statement you want to send.
  2. Select the statement you want to send (e.g., an invoice).
  3. Click on the "Send Statement" button.
  4. In the "Send Statement" screen, select the email ID of the recipient from the "Email ID" field.
  5. Enter a subject for the email in the "Subject" field.
  6. Enter a brief message in the "Message" field (optional).
