How to send a statement of tally erp from mail
In Tally ERP, you can send a statement (such as an invoice, credit note, or debit note) via email using the following steps:
Method 1: Using the "Send Statement" option
- Go to the "Ledger" or "Voucher" screen, depending on the type of statement you want to send.
- Select the statement you want to send (e.g., an invoice).
- Click on the "Send Statement" button.
- In the "Send Statement" screen, select the email ID of the recipient from the "Email ID" field.
- Enter a subject for the email in the "Subject" field.
- Enter a brief message in the "Message" field (optional).
