To forward all emails from Microsoft Outlook to Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Forwarding emails using Outlook's built-in feature
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Account Settings" and then select "Account Settings" again from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the "Email" tab and select your Microsoft Outlook account.
- Click on the "More Settings" button.
- Go to the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the "Delivery" section.
- Check the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on the server" and set the "Remove from server after" option to "Never".

- Go to the "Forwarding" tab and select "Forward my email to another email address".
- Enter your Gmail address in the "Forward my email to" field.

Method 2: Using IMAP and POP3 settings
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Account Settings" and then select "Account Settings" again from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the "Email" tab and select your Microsoft Outlook account.
- Click on the "More Settings" button.
- Go to the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the "Incoming mail" section.
- Select "IMAP" as the incoming mail server type.
- Enter the following settings:
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Go back to the "Email" tab and click on the "Edit" button next to your Microsoft Outlook account.
- In the "Account" window, click on the "More Settings" button.
- Go to the "Outgoing mail" section and select "SMTP" as the outgoing mail server type.
- Enter the following settings:
- Server: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
Method 3: Using a third-party email client
- Download and install a third-party email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird.
- Set up your Microsoft Outlook account in the email client using the IMAP and POP3 settings mentioned above.
- Set up your Gmail account in the email client using the IMAP and POP3 settings mentioned above.
- Configure the email client to forward emails from your Microsoft Outlook account to your Gmail account.
