To send a calendar invite in HP Mail (also known as HP Mail Plus), you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Schedule Meeting" feature
- Log in to your HP Mail account and compose a new email.
- Click on the "Schedule Meeting" button located below the "To" field.
- Enter the meeting details, such as the subject, start and end time, location, and attendees.
- You can also add a description of the meeting and set a reminder.
- Click "Send" to send the meeting invitation to the attendees.
Method 2: Using the "Add Attachment" feature
- Log in to your HP Mail account and compose a new email.
- Click on the "Add Attachment" button located below the "To" field.
- Select "Calendar" as the attachment type.
- Choose the calendar event you want to invite others to from your calendar.
- Enter the meeting details, such as the subject, start and end time, location, and attendees.
- Click "Send" to send the meeting invitation to the attendees.
Method 3: Using the "Create Event" feature
- Log in to your HP Mail account and click on the "Calendar" tab.
- Click on the "Create Event" button.
