How to send draft mail in gmail
To send a draft email in Gmail, follow these steps:
- Compose a new email by clicking on the "Compose" button in the top left corner of the Gmail window.
- Write your email and add any attachments, recipients, and other details as needed.
- Click on the "Save Draft" button in the bottom right corner of the compose window. This will save your email as a draft and allow you to come back to it later.
- To send the draft email, click on the "Drafts" tab in the left sidebar of the Gmail window.
- Find the draft email you want to send and click on the "Send" button next to it.
- Confirm that you want to send the email by clicking "Send" in the pop-up window.
Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+D" (Windows) or "Command+Shift+D" (Mac) to save a draft email.
Note: If you want to send a draft email immediately without saving it as a draft, you can click on the "Send" button while composing the email. This will send the email without saving it as a draft.
Also, you can use the "Send later" feature in Gmail to schedule the sending of a draft email at a later time. To do this, follow these steps:
- Compose a new email and click on the "Send later" button at the bottom of the compose window.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Click on the "Save" button to save the email as a draft.
- The email will be sent automatically at the scheduled time.
