How to send schedule mail in gmail
To send a scheduled email in Gmail, you can use the "Schedule Send" feature, which is available in the Gmail web interface. Here's how:
Method 1: Using the Gmail Web Interface
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the compose window.
- Select "Schedule send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Click "Schedule" to confirm.
Method 2: Using the Gmail Add-on "Boomerang"
- Install the Boomerang add-on from the Chrome Web Store (if you're using Chrome) or the Firefox Add-ons store (if you're using Firefox).
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Click on the Boomerang icon in the compose window.
- Select "Schedule Send" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
- Click "Schedule" to confirm.

Note: The "Schedule Send" feature is only available in the Gmail web interface and not in the Gmail mobile app.
Tips:
- You can schedule emails up to 30 days in advance.
- If you schedule an email to be sent at a specific time, it will be sent at that exact time, even if you're not logged in to your Gmail account.
- If you schedule an email to be sent at a specific date, it will be sent at 12:00 AM on that date.
- You can cancel a scheduled email by going to the "Scheduled" tab in your Gmail settings and clicking on the "Cancel" button next to the email.
