How to set away messages in gmail
Setting away messages in Gmail allows you to automatically respond to incoming emails with a custom message when you're unavailable or busy. Here's how to set away messages in Gmail:
Method 1: Using Gmail's Automatic Reply feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Scroll down to the "General" tab.
- Under "Vacation responder," click on the "Vacation responder on" button.
- Enter your custom away message in the "Message" field.
- Choose the start and end dates for your away message (optional).
- Click "Save Changes."
Method 2: Using Gmail's canned responses
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Scroll down to the "General" tab.
- Under "Canned responses," click on the "New canned response" button.
- Enter your custom away message in the "Name" and "Response" fields.

Tips:
