Method 1: Forwarding emails from the Outlook inbox
- Open Outlook and go to your inbox.
- Right-click on an email that you want to forward.
- Select "Forward" from the context menu.
- In the "Forward" dialog box, enter the email address of the person you want to forward the email to.
- You can also add a brief message or comment to the forwarded email if you want.
- Click "Send" to forward the email.
Method 2: Setting up automatic forwarding
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Advanced" from the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to the "Send and Receive" section.
- Click on the "Forwarding" button.
- Select the "Forward my email to the following email address" option.
