Method 1: Using the Samsung Mail app
- Open the Samsung Mail app on your device.
- Tap the three horizontal lines () on the top left corner to access the menu.
- Tap on "Settings" (represented by a gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap on "Signature".
- Tap on the text field to enter your signature.
- Use the keyboard to type your signature.
- Tap "Save" to save your signature.
Method 2: Using the Samsung Settings app
- Go to the Samsung Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap on "Accounts" (or "Accounts and backup" on some devices).
- Tap on "Email" (or "Samsung Email" on some devices).
- Tap on the email account you want to set a signature for.
