To set up 1&1 IONOS Exchange on Mac Mail for your domain, follow these steps:
Prerequisites:
- You have a 1&1 IONOS Exchange account set up.
- You have a domain registered with 1&1 IONOS.
- You have a Mac computer with macOS High Sierra or later.
Step 1: Configure your 1&1 IONOS Exchange account
- Log in to your 1&1 IONOS Control Panel.
- Go to the "Email" section and click on "Exchange" under "Email Services".
- Click on "Settings" next to "Exchange" and then click on "Outlook Web App" (OWA).
- Scroll down to the "Outlook Web App (OWA) settings" section and note down the following information:
- Server name: outlook.1and1.com
- Server port: 443
- Use SSL/TLS: Yes
