How to signt out email from mail macbook

To sign out of your email account on a MacBook using the Mail app, follow these steps:

Method 1: Sign out from the Mail app

  1. Open the Mail app on your MacBook.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
  5. Select the email account you want to sign out of from the list of accounts on the left side of the window.
  6. Click the "Edit" button next to the account.
  7. Uncheck the box next to "Use this account" to sign out of the account.
  8. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 2: Sign out from the Account settings

  1. Click on the Apple menu at the top of the screen.
