How to snooze a mail in gmail

Snoozing an email in Gmail allows you to temporarily remove it from your inbox and bring it back at a later time. Here's how to snooze an email in Gmail:

Method 1: Snooze from the Inbox

  1. Open your Gmail inbox and find the email you want to snooze.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  3. Select "Snooze" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose a time and date to snooze the email. You can select from a list of pre-set times (e.g., "Tomorrow", "This weekend", etc.) or set a custom time.
  5. Click "Snooze" to snooze the email.

Method 2: Snooze from the Email Body

  1. Open the email you want to snooze.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email body.
  3. Select "Snooze" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose a time and date to snooze the email, just like in Method 1.
  5. Click "Snooze" to snooze the email.

Method 3: Snooze from the Gmail Settings

  1. Go to your Gmail settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the inbox.
  2. Click on the "See all settings" button.
  3. Scroll down to the "General" tab.
  4. Click on the "Snooze" button next to "Snooze emails".
  5. Choose a time and date to snooze the email, just like in Method 1.
  6. Click "Save Changes" to save your settings.

Once you snooze an email, it will be removed from your inbox and will reappear at the time you specified. You can also snooze multiple emails at once by selecting them and then clicking on the "Snooze" button.

Note: Snoozing an email only removes it from your inbox, but it doesn't delete the email. You can still access the snoozed email by searching for it or by going to the "Snoozed" label in your Gmail settings.
