How to sort mail in to folders in teambuilder
In TeamViewer, you can sort and organize your emails into folders using the following steps:
Method 1: Using the Folder Pane
- Open TeamViewer and go to the "Mail" tab.
- Click on the "Folder Pane" button (looks like a folder icon) located at the top left corner of the screen.
- In the Folder Pane, you'll see a list of existing folders. You can create a new folder by right-clicking on the "Folders" section and selecting "New Folder".
- Type a name for your new folder and press Enter.
- To move an email to a folder, select the email and drag it to the desired folder in the Folder Pane.
Method 2: Using the "Move to Folder" Option
- Open TeamViewer and go to the "Mail" tab.
- Select the email you want to move to a folder.
