  2. Whitelist the sender: Go to Gmail's settings (gear icon), then click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses". Click on "Create a new filter" and enter the sender's email address. Choose "Never send it to spam" and click "Create filter".
  3. Report the email as Not Spam: Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the email, select "Report spam", and then click on "Not spam" to report the email as legitimate.

For Outlook:

  1. Mark as Not Junk: Open the email, right-click on it, and select "Mark as Not Junk". This will move the email to your inbox and train Outlook's algorithm to recognize the sender as legitimate.
  2. Whitelist the sender: Go to Outlook's settings (gear icon), then click on "View all Outlook settings". Click on "Mail" and then "Filters and rules". Click on "Add a new rule" and enter the sender's email address. Choose "Move to inbox" and click "Save".

For Other Email Providers:

  1. Check your email provider's settings: Look for settings related to spam filtering, such as "Whitelist" or "Safe senders". Add the sender's email address to this list to prevent future emails from being marked as spam.
  2. Mark as Not Spam: Look for a "Mark as Not Spam" or "Not Spam" button in your email client or web interface. Clicking this button will train the algorithm to recognize the sender as legitimate.

Additional Tips:

  1. Verify the sender's email address: Make sure the sender's email address is legitimate and not spoofed.
  2. Check the email's content: Be cautious of emails with suspicious content, such as attachments or links from unknown senders.
  3. Keep your email client and provider up to date: Regular updates often include improved spam filtering algorithms and features to help prevent spam emails from reaching your inbox.

By following these steps, you should be able to stop a sender from going to junk mail and keep their emails from being marked as spam.
