How to stop aarp mail
The pesky AARP mail! Here are the steps to stop receiving unwanted mail from AARP:
Method 1: Online Opt-Out

- Fill out the online form with your name, email address, and mailing address.

Method 2: Phone Opt-Out
- Call AARP's Member Services at 1-888-OUR-AARP (1-888-687-2277).
- Tell the representative that you want to opt-out of receiving unwanted mail from AARP.
- Provide your name, email address, and mailing address to confirm your request.
- The representative will process your request and confirm that you will no longer receive unwanted mail.
Method 3: Mail Opt-Out
- Write a letter to AARP's Member Services at the following address: AARP Member Services 601 E Street NW Washington, DC 20049
- In the letter, clearly state that you want to opt-out of receiving unwanted mail from AARP.
- Include your name, email address, and mailing address to confirm your request.
- Mail the letter to the above address.
Additional Tips
