To stop forwarding emails in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Disable Forwarding for a Specific Email

  1. Open the email you want to stop forwarding.
  2. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "More" button in the "Move" group.
  4. Select "Stop Forwarding" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Disable Forwarding for a Specific Folder

  1. Open the folder where you want to stop forwarding emails (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
  2. Right-click on the folder and select "Properties" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Folder Properties" window, click on the "Home Page" tab.
  4. Uncheck the box next to "Forward new items to" and click "OK".

Method 3: Disable Forwarding for All Emails
