To switch off Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), you can follow these steps:

For Individuals:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 website (www.office.com) and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on "Subscriptions" from the menu.
  4. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button.
  5. Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription by clicking "Cancel subscription" in the pop-up window.

For Businesses:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (admin.microsoft.com) and sign in with your admin credentials.
  2. Click on "Billing" from the menu.
  3. Click on "Cancel subscription" next to the Microsoft 365 subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription by clicking "Cancel subscription" in the pop-up window.
