How to track priority mail
Tracking Priority Mail is easy and convenient. Here are the steps:
Online Tracking:
- Go to the official USPS website (www.usps.com).
- Click on "Track & Confirm" at the top of the page.
- Enter your tracking number (also known as the "tracking ID" or "PS Form 6713") in the "Track a Package" box.
- Click "Track" to view the status of your package.
Mobile App:
- Download the USPS Mobile App (available for iOS and Android devices).
- Open the app and tap on "Track" at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your tracking number and tap "Track" to view the status of your package.
Phone:
- Call the USPS Customer Service number at 1-800-275-8777.
- Provide your tracking number to the customer service representative.
- They will be able to assist you with tracking your package.
Email:
- Send an email to usps.com with your tracking number in the subject line.
- In the body of the email, include your tracking number and any other relevant information (e.g., package contents, sender's name, etc.).
- A customer service representative will respond with the status of your package.
Tracking Information:
